This exhibition features works made over the last few years and showcases the variety and diversity of my oeuvre. I particularly enjoy experimental painting, disrupting the surface with collage, other materials and thick impasto paint. My subject matter is usually landscape as I am drawn to land, dirt and wide-open spaces. Also, I was artist in residence in the Algarve in the south of Portugal in 2015 and many of the works in this show reference that urban setting on the Atlantic Ocean.
